GIAEDC & Chamber to Host 3rd Annual Summer Intern Social

GRAND ISLAND, NE – The Grand Island Area Economic Development Corporation (GIAEDC) & Chamber of Commerce will bring together interns, recent college graduates, and newly hired young professionals for an evening of networking, community engagement, and entertainment during its 3rd Annual Summer Intern Social.

The event will take place on Friday, July 10, at 4:00 p.m. and is designed to help young professionals build connections, explore Grand Island, and engage with fellow interns working throughout the community this summer.

The social will begin with a rooftop gathering at GIX Logistics, where attendees can enjoy food, drinks, and outdoor games. Participants will then visit McKinney's Irish Pub before concluding the evening at Hear Grand Island, Grand Island’s free summer concert series featuring live music, food vendors, and community activities.

The GIAEDC & Chamber encourages local businesses to share this opportunity with their interns, recent college graduates, and newly hired young professionals, providing them with a valuable opportunity to build connections, and expand their professional networks.
