Grand Island Police Conducts Tobacco Compliance Checks

Grand Island, Neb. — The Grand Island Police Department conducted tobacco compliance checks at nine local businesses on Monday, July 27 as part of its ongoing efforts to ensure compliance with state laws prohibiting the sale of tobacco and nicotine products to minors.

The following businesses passed the compliance checks:

VIP Smoke Shop, 3212 S. Locust St.
Grand Island Vapors, 2830 Old Fair Road
Chasing Clouds, 920 N. Diers Ave.
Gas Island, 2012 N. Webb Road
Smokaha Tobacco, 2250 N. Webb Road
eTitan Vapors, 1424 W. Second St.
Galaxy Tobacco, 1209 Allen Drive

The following business failed the compliance check:
