Hall County Court to Host Warrant Wipeout Day on August 21

Grand Island, Neb. — Hall County Court will be hosting Warrant Wipeout Day on Friday, August 21, providing adults with eligible misdemeanor and infraction warrants the opportunity to appear in court and resolve those warrants without being arrested on those eligible warrants.

The event will take place from 1:30 to 3:30 p.m. at the Hall County Courthouse, which is located 111 W. 1st Street. Eligible warrants include certain warrants issued under Nebraska state law as well as City of Grand Island Code misdemeanor and infraction charges. Felony warrants, out-of-county warrants, out-of-state warrants, federal warrants, immigration holds, juvenile pick-up orders and child support warrants are not eligible.
