Reported Offenses:
On December 3, 2025, a 38-year-old Chapman resident reported a fraud in the 200 block of South Cedar Avenue.
Arrests/Citations:
On December 3, 2025, a 57-year-old Hastings resident was cited for aiding and abetting/leaving the scene of a property damage accident hit and run in the 3600 block of Cimarron Plaza.
On December 3, 2025, a 56-year-old Hastings resident was arrested for driving under suspension, possession of a controlled substance and possession of drug paraphernalia in the 600 block of North 4th Avenue.
On December 3, 2025, a 20-year-old Hastings resident was cited for possession of drug paraphernalia and minor in possession of alcohol in the 1200 block of North Kansas Avenue.
