Reported Offenses:
On June 9, 2025, a 47-year-old Hastings resident reported a shoplifting in the 3400 block of Osborne Drive East.
On June 9, 2025, a 41-year-old Hastings resident reported a criminal mischief in the 500 block of East 7th Street.
Arrests/Citations:
On June 9, 2025, a 39-year-old Alda resident was arrested for possession of a controlled substance, possession of marijuana less than an ounce and possession of drug paraphernalia in the 1000 block of West 4th Street.
On June 9, 2025, a 37-year-old Hastings resident was arrested for driving under the influence of alcohol, refusal of a preliminary breath test and refusal of a chemical test in the 2300 block of West 3rd Street.
