Reported Offenses:
On November 10, 2025, a 52-year-old Blue Hill resident reported criminal mischief in the 2700 block of West 2nd Street.
On November 10, 2025, a 50-year-old Mankato resident reported an assault in the 3800 block of Osborne Drive West.
On November 10, 2025, a 37-year-old Hastings resident reported fraud in the 1000 block of West H Street.

On November 10, 2025, a 37-year-old Harvard resident was arrested for assault in the 1000 West H Street.
On November 10, 2025, a 51-year-old Hastings resident was cited for shoplifting and criminal trespass in the 600 block of North Burlington Avenue.
