Reported Offenses:
On March 5, 2026, a 40-year-old Juniata resident reported a theft in the 1300 block of West 2nd Street.
Arrests/Citations:
On March 5, 2026, a 23-year-old Hastings resident was arrested for 3rd degree domestic assault in the 1400 block of East South Street.
On March 5, 2026, a 29-year-old Hastings resident was arrested for driving under the influence of alcohol, driving under revocation, and possession of open alcohol container in the 800 block of North Turner Avenue.
On March 6, 2026, a 54-year-old Hastings resident was arrested for driving under the influence of alcohol, refusal of a preliminary breath test, no operator’s license, and possession of an open alcohol container in the 4000 block of West 2nd Street.
On March 6, 2026, a 16-year-old Hastings resident was cited for zero tolerance driving under the influence of alcohol, minor in possession of alcohol, possession of open alcohol container, and possession of marijuana less than an ounce in the 900 block of West J Street.
On March 6, 2026, a 17-year-old Hastings resident was cited for minor in possession of alcohol in the 900 block of West J Street.
