HC Work Extra Holiday Hours

The Hall County Sheriff’s Office recently received $625.13 through the NDOT Highway Safety Office for participation in the “Make it Click” campaign.
On November 30, 2025, Hall County Deputies completed 9 hours of extra traffic enforcement on major highways with the goal of reducing injuries and fatalities associated with not wearing seat belts.
During this enforcement period, deputies made six total contacts, which included:
-One citation related to drugs
-Several motorist assists
-Three traffic violations
Enforcement activity was lower than anticipated due to inclement weather, as icy road conditions kept most motorists at home. Deputies expressed appreciation that citizens chose to stay safe and avoid travel during hazardous conditions.
