Hunting for Hope: The Eras Hunt Happens Saturday

Grand Island, NE – There is still time to gather your friends, family, or coworkers and join Hope Harbor for Hunting for Hope: The Eras Hunt this Saturday, July 11.

Hunting for Hope is a scavenger hunt fundraiser that offers a unique night of fun while supporting Hope Harbor's mission to provide help and hope for a life of self-sufficiency. Teams will solve clues, complete tasks, and travel throughout Grand Island in an interactive competition for cash prizes.

This year's theme, The Eras Hunt, invites participants to dress as their favorite decade or era, from the roaring '20s to the '90s and beyond. Teams are encouraged to get creative with their costumes, team names, and videos for the chance to win additional awards, including Best Dressed of the Era, Best Team Name, and Best Team Video.

Teams of two to six players are welcome, making the event a great outing for couples, families, friends, coworkers, and community groups.

Cost: $30 per player

Cash Prizes: $500 for first place, $250 for second place, and $100 for third place
Every registration helps Hope Harbor continue providing emergency shelter, transitional shelter, housing assistance, food, diapers, and other essential resources for individuals and families experiencing homelessness and housing instability throughout Central Nebraska.
