Marty Klein Files for Re-Election as Hall County Attorney

Grand Island, Neb. — Marty Klein announced today that he has officially filed to seek re-election as Hall County Attorney, a position he has proudly held since 2019. This marks the third time he has run for the office.

Since taking office, Klein has focused on serving the citizens of Hall County with professionalism, integrity, and commitment to public safety. He emphasized that the role of County Attorney carries a serious responsibility to both enforce the law and ensure fairness in the justice system.

“I take my service to the people of Hall County very seriously,” Klein said. “It has been an honor to serve as County Attorney, and I am seeking re-election so I can continue working to keep our community safe and uphold the rule of law.”

Klein is proud to announce that his campaign is endorsed by local law enforcement partners from the Fraternal Order of Police Lodge 10, representing Hall County Sheriff’s Deputies and the Fraternal Order of Police Lodge 24, representing officers of the Grand Island Police Department. Additionally, he is endorsed by the Cairo Quick Response Team (QRT).

“These endorsements mean a great deal to me,” Klein said. “They reflect the strong working relationships my office has built with law enforcement and first responder agencies here in Hall County.”

As County Attorney, Klein has worked closely with local law enforcement, victims, and community partners to promote accountability, protect public safety, and ensure justice is administered fairly and effectively.

“I want to continue serving the citizens of Hall County and working alongside our law enforcement professionals to keep our communities safe,” he said.
