More Wet Weather Forecast Today

Flooding is possible in the region today.  

-Widespread areas of 2-4 inches of total rainfall with some localized areas receiving 4-7 inches. 
Most widespread and heavy rain will take place this afternoon and evening (3-11 pm).
-Our greatest tornado threat tonight will be across Osborne, Mitchell, Jewell, and Thayer Counties (possibly extending into Smith, Nuckolls, and Fillmore counties). Although the threat might begin as early as 4-5pm across our far southern areas, the greatest threat for tornadoes across these southern counties will likely be between 6-10 pm.
