We are pleased to elevate several staff members to help ensure we continue to operate effectively and efficiently.”
Gosha led Nebraska’s capital planning and construction unit since coming to Lincoln in 2024. In his updated role, Gosha’s focus will be to oversee all aspects of the Big Red Rebuild project, a transformational project that will reshape Memorial Stadium for decades to come. Gosha will also assist in commercial innovation and integration leading to increased revenue and external engagement. He will also assist in governmental relations and day-to-day support of the Husker football program.
Maples will take over the day-to-day oversight of the Capital Planning and Construction team. Maples joined Nebraska in 2024 and has led several capital projects within Husker athletics over the past two years. He is also heavily involved in the Big Red Rebuild project and led the nearly completed construction project at the Bob Devaney Sports Center and John Cook Arena.
Meier has served since 2018 as Nebraska’s Senior Associate AD for Marketing and Multimedia. He continues to lead many of Nebraska’s external departments, including Marketing and Fan Experience, HuskerVision, Creative and Emerging Media, Community and Government Relations and Spirit squads. He also oversees Nebraska’s multimedia rights partnership with PlayFly and is Nebraska’s liaison to both the Big Ten Network and adidas.
Henrichs has been a part of Nebraska athletics since 2012 and was recently promoted to Senior Associate AD. Henrichs has led Nebraska’s licensing efforts for more than a decade. In the past year, Husker athletics had a record $6.56 million in licensing royalties and more than $35 million in retail sales.
Chramosta has been with Nebraska Athletics since 2018, serving various roles in the business office, most recently as Director of Business Administration. In his new role as assistant director for cap management, Chramosta will work with Associate Athletic Director for Cap Management Jonathan Bateman to lead Nebraska’s efforts in student-athlete compensation and revenue sharing.
Rice takes over the leadership of the Creative and Emerging Media group after previously serving as Associate Director. Rice will lead Nebraska Athletics’ digital strategy across all social media platforms. He has handled social media efforts for the Nebraska men’s basketball program over the past three years, including the direction of Watch and Dream, a two-hour film chronicling the Huskers’ record-setting 2025-26 campaign.
