Northwest Cross Country 2026 Season Preview

(Grand Island, NE) - The Northwest cross country girls and boys teams are gearing up for the season that starts on Friday, August 28th, at Ryder Park in Grand Island. 15 teams across the state will be in attendance. 

Last year, the boys qualified for the state meet in Kearney. Northwest would win the UNK Invite and Conference meet. The Vikings would come just short of winning the district meet.
