Northwest Football Snags 17-7 Win At Crete

The Northwest Vikings defeated the Crete Cardinals on Friday night by a final score of 17-7. Northwest would get first half touchdowns from Zane Harb on a 1-yard run. Then, just before halftime, Blake Wissing would hit Gavin Burt for a 32-yard touchdown pass to go up 14-7 into halftime as the black and gold would overcome three first-half turnovers and have four total in the game.

Northwest would get a 32-yard field goal from Bryson Walker in the 3rd quarter. 

Crete drops to 0-2. Northwest is now 1-1, will host Seward on Friday, September 11th, for homecoming.
