NSP Investigating Death in Rural Adams County

Hastings — The Nebraska State Patrol is investigating a death that occurred Tuesday in Adams County.
Tuesday morning, NSP was notified that a person had been found unresponsive in a ditch in rural Adams County, just north of Highway 6, west of Juniata. The person’s pickup was nearby. A trooper responded and discovered that the person was deceased.
NSP investigators were called in to investigate the death. The deceased person has been identified as Jeremy Trausch, 44, of Roseland.
The cause of death remains under investigation. Anyone with information about this case is asked to call NSP Troop C investigators at 308-395-3713.
