Project Connect Approaching Later This Month
GRAND ISLAND, Neb. – Project Connect 2026 will take place on Thursday, October 22, from 10:00 a.m. to 3:00 p.m. at the Pinnacle Bank Expo Center at Fonner Park, 700 E. Stolley Park Road, Grand Island, NE 68801.
Project Connect is a one-day event that brings local organizations and service providers together in one location to connect community members with free services and resources. Available services may include medical and dental care, housing assistance, legal services, veteran services, haircuts, vision and foot care, health screenings, and more.
The event is open to adults experiencing homelessness, financial hardship, or other barriers to accessing essential services. All services provided during Project Connect are free.
Free transportation to and from the event will be available from the Salvation Army and Centennial Towers.

Volunteers Needed
Project Connect relies on volunteers to help make the event possible. Volunteers assist participants throughout the event and help connect them with the services and resources they need.
