Section of I-80 will close, near Odessa

June 9, 2026 (Grand Island, Neb.) — Weather permitting, a section of Interstate 80 (I-80) will close from 10:00 p.m. June 10 to 6:00 a.m. June 11 at the eastbound Odessa 263 Interchange, according to the Nebraska Department of Transportation.
Work includes removal of the southbound lane of the L-10B bridge over the eastbound lanes of I-80.
The designated detour route will be the adjacent on and off ramps. This work is anticipated to take one night.
Motorists are reminded to drive cautiously in and near work zones, to buckle up, and put phones down.
