Section of I-80 will close, near Odessa

June 10, 2026 (Grand Island, Neb.) — Weather permitting, a section of Interstate 80 (I-80) will close from 10:00 p.m., June 11, to 6:00 a.m., June 12, at the westbound Odessa 263 Interchange, according to the Nebraska Department of Transportation.
Work includes removal of the southbound lane of the L-10B bridge over the westbound lanes of I-80. The designated detour route will be the adjacent on and off ramps. This work is anticipated to take one night.
Motorists are reminded to drive cautiously in and near work zones, to buckle up, and put phones down.
