LB1205 relates to the Microenterprise Assistance Program which is one of 5 programs in the Business Innovation Act and focuses on loans and technical assistance to small businesses across the state to facilitate economic growth.  LB1205 amends the Microenterprise statute 81-12,162, setting a range of up to $3 Million dollars annually to be appropriated to the program to support successful efforts by Nebraska entrepreneurs.
