Senator Quick's Priority Bill Advances at Unicameral

Grand Island could be a step closer to attracting a national tattoo artist convention with the advancement of Dan Quick’s LB 720, It would create a Temporary Body Art License that allows qualified, out-of-state tattoo and body art professionals to legally practice at licensed conventions or events in Nebraska for a limited period of time. The bill advanced 38-0.
