Brief Narrative: Shawn Tufino was identified as the offender in a reported shoplifting at CVS pharmacy. She was identified through video of the incident and can be seen taking the lotto tickets from the counter and hiding them in the basket. Upon being confronted by the cashier she denied having them and left the store once a manager was contacted. She was later located and arrested. Shawn has more than 5 previous convictions for Shoplifting in Nebraska. She was arrested for Shoplifting 3rd plus offense
