Key Message #1: Gusty northwest winds and falling snow may cause areas of low visibility, mainly west and southwest of the Tri-Cities, Monday into Monday night.
Key Message #2: Rain will transition to snow Monday evening/night. Light snowfall amounts (mainly half an inch or less) is expected.
Key Message #3: Northwest winds will gust up to 40-50 mph west of Highway 281, and 25-40 mph east of Highway 281. Strongest winds are expected Monday afternoon and evening.
