Sodbusters Subdue Prospects UPDATE

Tonight's Sodbuster/Nebraska game has been postponed. They'll play a 4:30 DH Thursday.

The Hastings Sodbusters scored 10 runs in the first three innings in a 13-3 8-inning win over the Nebraska Prospects on Tuesday.

Luke Caussey smashed a three-run inside-the-park home run to cap a four-run third. Caussey hit a conventional home run earlier in the season at Duncan Field to join a select club. The Arkansas Tech product went 2-4 with 4 RBI and three runs scored. 

Weston Johnston went 2-4 and scored a run. 

Spencer Schmidt worked the first six innings for his first win. Nate Fisher finished the final two innings.
