St Paul Palmer Downs Arlington In C4 District Tournament

(Hastings, NE) The St Paul-Palmer baseball team would get its first postseason victory in team history on Thursday afternoon, defeating Arlington by a final score of 10-3.
St Paul-Palmer would have 10 runs on 6 hits and 2 errors. Arlington would get 3 runs in the game on 3 hits and have 6 errors. The Cats would score one run in the 1st, four runs in the 2nd, two in the 3rd, and three runs in the 4th inning. Arlington would get one run in the 2nd, and add two more in the top of the 7th inning.
Arlington's season comes to an end with a record of 6-15. St Paul-Palmer is now 10-7 on the season and will take on the winner of Adams Central/Fairbury on Friday, May 9th at 4:00 pm for the C-4 district championship. The winner will get an automatic berth to the NSAA state baseball tournament.
