Stolen Tools From Lexington Found Following Social Media Post

On December 4th, 2023, officers executed a search warrant at 1414 St. Paul Road, Lot #5, reference stolen property.

During the execution of the warrant, Dairon Rodriguez was contacted and admitted to flushing methamphetamine and drug paraphernalia
down the toilet. Dairon was only partially successful as the pipes and a small amount of methamphetamine were located in the toilet. Additionally, stolen tools from a Lexington, Nebraska burglary were located within the house.

The value of the tools recovered from this warrant and a prior incident were valued at more than $5000.

Dairon had previously listed some of the stolen tools on his social media account in an attempt to sell them.

Dairon was arrested for Possession. Stolen Property, Possession of Controlled Substance, and Tampering w/Physical Evidence.
