Nebraska’s Andi Jackson, Harper Murray and Bergen Reilly were named to the Preseason All-Big Ten Team on Thursday after a vote by the league’s 18 head coaches.

The senior trio were three of just four unanimous selections to the Preseason All-Big Ten Team, joining Penn State’s Kennedy Martin.

The coaches picked Nebraska as the unanimous favorite in the preseason poll. The Huskers won their sixth Big Ten title in 2025 with an unbeaten 20-0 mark in conference play. Nebraska finished the season at 33-1 and reached the NCAA Regional Final. Wisconsin, Penn State, Purdue and Minnesota rounded out the top five.

Jackson is coming off a junior campaign where she was named the AVCA Middle Blocker of the Year and received First-Team All-America honors for the second consecutive season in 2025. The senior middle blocker recorded 2.74 kills per set and led the nation with a .467 hitting percentage, which ranks third-best in a single season in program history. Jackson hit .559 to break the Big Ten record for hitting percentage in conference-only matches last season, surpassing the previous record of .541 set in 2008 by Penn State’s Arielle Wilson.

Murray earned AVCA All-America and All-Big Ten First Team honors for the third straight season in 2025. As a junior, Murray led the Huskers with a career-best 3.54 kills per set on a career-high .295 hitting percentage. A standout six-rotation player, Murray also contributed 2.16 digs per set and 0.60 blocks per set along with a team-high 34 aces while totaling a career-high 4.21 points per set on the season. Murray finished last season at 1,181 career kills, which ranks 19th all-time in school history and 10th in the rally-scoring era.

Reilly was named a First-Team All-American and selected as the AVCA Setter of the Year, Big Ten Player of the Year and Big Ten Setter of the Year last season. The senior became Nebraska’s second-ever Big Ten Player of the Year and second player in Big Ten history to be named Big Ten Setter of the Year three times. Reilly averaged 10.47 assists per set, 2.70 digs per set and totaled 73 kills, 67 blocks and 19 aces. Reilly guided the NU offense to a school-record .351 hitting percentage last season, including nine matches with at least a .400 hitting percentage.
