Location of Incident: N Broadwell & W 14th St
Brief Narrative: On 07/30/2024 at 0400 hrs Officers observed a white four door Nissan with in-transits driving northbound on Broadwell Ave from 2nd St with no tail lights. Officers were able to conduct a traffic stop on the vehicle at Broadwell Ave and 14th St. Driver was verbally identified as Suzanna Schachta and a records check was conducted. Records check showed that Suzanna had a revoked driver's license and had an interlock permit. Suzanna's records check also showed that she was driving during on a 15 year revocation. Suzanna did not have an interlock installed in her vehicle which was a violation of the permit. Suzanna was arrested for Drive Without Ignition Interlock and Drive While Revoked From DUI/Refusal-sub.
